Approach
The Institute is located on the Campus Stuttgart-Vaihingen.
Public Transport
You can reach the Institute by public transport in a very convenient way (Information). The travel time from the main station is about 10 minutes. From the airport the traveltime is about 16 minutes.
From the main station you can use the lines S1, S2, S3 in direction Stuttgart-Vaihingen and leave the train at the station "Universität". Please use there the exit “Universitätszentrum”. From the exit you should keep to the right and after approx. 250 m you reach the building in Pfaffenwaldring 7. The Institute of Spatial and Regional Planning is located in the third floor of the building Pfaffenwaldring 7.
By car
From the motorway A8 or A81 you should drive the cross Stuttgart and follow the motorway A831/B14 in the direction of Stuttgart-Centre. You leave the motorway at the Exit “Ausfahrt Universität” and follow the signposting. At the first intersection you turn to the right in the Pfaffenwaldring. After approx. 150 m you turn to the left and reach the parking area. There are only a few meters left to walk. The Institute of Regional Development Planning is located in the third floor of the building Pfaffenwaldring 7.
