We are pleased to announce that our colleague Joanna McMillan has successfully defended her doctoral dissertation, titled "Evaluation and improvement of quantitative methods and GIS tools for spatial planning to strengthen climate adaptation of urban regions and critical infrastructure – across spatial and temporal scales in selected case studies in Asia and Europe".
We extend our congratulations to Joanna and her supervisors, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jörn Birkmann and Prof. John Handmer, on achieving this significant academic milestone. We commend her hard work and wish Joanna continued success in her research endeavors.
